A twist on the classic pesto recipe, this brings in summery flavours of fresh peas and mint, surrounded by the pure lemon taste of our agrumato lemon extra virgin olive oil.

- ½ cup lightly steamed fresh peas
- Small bunch of basil
- Small bunch of mint
- 1 clove of garlic
- Zest and juice of a fresh lemon
- 3 tablespoons grated Pecorino cheese
- Nudo’s Lemon Olive Oil
- Blitz all of the ingredients together in a blender adding the olive oil until you have a good pesto consistency.
- Season to taste.
