Our delicate single estate extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from one of the finest groves in Italy, and the olives go through this press within 24 hours of being picked, which maintains the lowest possible acidity (less than 0.8%). The Peperoncino and Lemoni oils are both made with Sicilian produce combined with our cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. The flavours are pure yet not overpowering, perfect for drizzling on fresh food or use within cooking.
The Extra Virgin olive oil goes perfectly with delicate dishes. Excellent to drizzling, roasting or simply dipping.
The Peperoncino oil is delicious on pasta, pizza and steak.
The Limoni oil is ideal for marinades, fish dishes, white meat, salad dressing and baking.
