Made in a simple way like all good Italian food, this little bread knot from Puglia is a staple at Italian aperitivo. Enjoy on it's own as the delicious snack it is, or dunk in olive oil or your favourite dip.
The makers of our taralli, "Italians Traditional Temptations", are based in the heart of Puglia, and specialise in the regions traditional food products. They hand make everything using local ingredients, meaning close to zero km for transport following their value for sustainability and supporting their community. So you can see why we at Nudo love them.
Taralli (or tarallucci) is a traditional Italian snack from Puglia in South Italy. Made with just flour, salt, white wine, and of course our extra virgin olive oil, they are a crunchy (and moreish) snack. A stable at Italian aperitivo, enjoy them on their own, dipped in olive oil, or serve with your favourite dip.
Taralli is traditionally eaten as aperitivo, a snack with drinks in the evening. Eat as is, or dip into your favourite olive oil or tapenade, and enjoy with a wine or cocktail.
