Taralli (or tarallucci) is a traditional Italian snack from Puglia in South Italy. Made with just flour, salt, white wine, and of course our extra virgin olive oil, they are a crunchy (and moreish) snack. A stable at Italian aperitivo, so we have paired these with our Extra Virign Olive Oil to dip in with, really bringing out the flavours of both.
Taralli is traditionally eaten as aperitivo, a snack with drinks in the evening. Eat as is, or dip into your favourite olive oil or tapenade, and enjoy with a wine or cocktail.
