The Peperoncino oil is made by infusing Sicilian chillies for three weeks with olive oil from small groves in Le Marche. Just long enough for the chilli flavour to assert itself, but not so long that it takes over. The garlic agrumato oil is made by crushing fresh Italian garlic with olives from small groves in Le Marche. The two ingredients are crushed together to create a heavenly fusion of balanced flavours. A match made in tasty heaven.
