Oleificio Tallone is a small family run oil mill high in the Impero valley in Liguria. Alessandro Tallone mills the extra virgin olive oil from Bestagno olive grove and this year has produced these new jars for Nudo as well. Started by his great grand father in 1924, Tallone's son hopes to take over the business when he grows up.
