Method

This drink should come with a warning since it is dangerously moreish and slips down like a silk negligee. It is summer in a jug, an appetizer in a pitcher and a gateway to a great evening with friends.

Slice up and put all the fruit and citrus juice into a big pitcher. Add the cinnamon and a couple of sprigs of mint, and place it in the fridge, covered, for around an hour. Then when you are ready to serve it up, remove the cinnamon sticks, stir in the grappa and pour the Prosecco over the top. Add a few extra mint leaves and top it off with a load of ice cubes.
