This autumn's first new oil is from the southern region of Molise a wild and rugged region with a stunning Adriatic coast.
Nudo's Molise is a blend of Larino, Leccino and Rumignana olives, all typical cultivars for the region which were harvested in the early morning and driven to the Tallone family mill in Borgomaro, Liguria where they were, on the same day pressed into a sensational Extra Virgin Olive Oil, its gentle fruity freshness influenced by the wild herbs and grassy notes of the Molise hinterland, bitter almonds and a soft peppery kick at the end.
