  • 250 g black olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 6 salted anchovy fillets
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped capers
  • Small bunch of parsley
  • 4 tablespoons of Nudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
To make this tapenade start by preparing all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pit the olives and set aside.  
Step 3
Peel the garlic clove and cut it into 4 pieces.  
Step 4
Remove any bones from the anchovies, rinse and cut into pieces.  
Step 5
Roughly chop the parsley.  
Step 6
Now, place all the ingredients into a blender and blend while gradually adding the extra virgin olive oil until it is a smooth creamy consistency.  
Step 7
Serve on fresh toasted bread, or as a dip with taralli or Nudo's olive oil biscuits.
