Taggiasca Tapenade
Ingredients
- 250 g black olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 salted anchovy fillets
- 3 tablespoons of chopped capers
- Small bunch of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of Nudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Step 1
- To make this tapenade start by preparing all the ingredients
- Step 2
- Pit the olives and set aside.
- Step 3
- Peel the garlic clove and cut it into 4 pieces.
- Step 4
- Remove any bones from the anchovies, rinse and cut into pieces.
- Step 5
- Roughly chop the parsley.
- Step 6
- Now, place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend while gradually adding the extra virgin olive oil until it is a smooth creamy consistency.
- Step 7
- Serve on fresh toasted bread, or as a dip with taralli.
